Non Steam Steam/Ion/Ceramic Straightener.
Well unless they kept sending me the wrong straightener then here is the problem. No place in the box or on the product does it say steam. I got two because I sent the first back thinking they sent me the wrong one... unfortunately they sent the same one again. I think it may have been a good straightener but it didn't do STEAM and that is maily why I was purchasing this item. Perhaps they did send me the wrong one twice... I will never know since I sent both back and never used either. I wanted Steam and that was something it doesn't do...
